From the second consecutive year, Bella Casa earned the #1 position in our area for total market share, currently standing at 6.52% of the residential, multifamily, commercial/industrial, and land markets combined.
Our numbers YTD, looking specifically at the Yamhill County market:
88 total listings sold, representing over $49.6M in sales
65 total buyers represented, totaling over $34.9M in sales
Altogether, 153 transactions closed, with a combined volume of over $84.5M
Our average sales price is: $552,750
