Jim & Patty's Coffee, tucked near a lush forest corner of Beaverton, offers a tranquil retreat with exceptional coffee and a warm atmosphere, exactly the kind of spot you want within reach on a slow weekend morning. Ava Roasterie is also nearby in the downtown district, and for evening drinks, Lazy Days Brewing Company and Loyal Legion are right there.

Washington Square, Target, Fred Meyer, Costco, Trader Joe's and more are all just minutes away, which means errands stay quick and painless. Need even more? Cedar Hills Crossing, with over 70 shops and restaurants, is just two miles north.
