Earns her Oregon real estate broker license formalizing three years of intensive, hands-on expertise built working on the listing side of her father's team.
2007
Co-founded Bella Casa Real Estate Group with her parents Randy and Joni McCreith. The brokerage quickly grows into one of McMinnville's most respected independent brokerages.
2012
Earned her Oregon Principal Broker license — deepening her ability to lead, mentor other agents, and serve clients at the very highest professional level.
2022
Steps into the role of Managing Principal Broker, taking leadership of a 30+ agent brokerage across three Oregon office locations in McMinnville, Newberg, and Silverton.
Today
Still all in, actively working with buyers and sellers daily, leading Bella Casa Real Estate Group, and continuing her professional development through coaching and continuing education.

Deep roots and deep knowledge across both counties from wine country estates and rural acreage to suburban family homes and neighborhood communities. Amy knows these markets because she has lived and worked in them for over 20 years.

Amy was born and raised in Newberg, Oregon — a Newberg High School graduate, class of 2000. She studied at Portland Community College before her father brought her into the family real estate business. She has never looked back.
Beyond the office, Amy is deeply rooted in her community and her faith. Like her father, she is a teacher at her church — a creative outlet and a deeply meaningful commitment. She is an avid hiker of the Columbia River Gorge, a lover of Cannon Beach sunsets, and a regular visitor to the family's A-frame cabin her family built on the Deschutes River near Bend.
