Congratulations to Randy McCreith of Bella Casa Real Estate Group for being named 2011 Realtor® of the Year by the Yamhill County Association of Realtors®!

Following a successful career as an account executive in technology sales, Randy set his eyes on real estate about 10 years ago. In 2007, he launched his own real estate brokerage with his wife and daughter, Joni and Amy. Randy has served in several leadership capacities, including as the 2010 President of the Yamhill County Association of Realtors®.

Randy often motivates his clients and colleagues to have an optimistic outlook despite the challenges. To remain successful in our ever-changing market, he believes it is of great importance to be flexible, adapt to the new conditions, constantly upgrade skills and education, and learn different principles to survive in this economy. “My focus is what can be done today,” Randy says. “My hope is that if we all stick to proven principles of practice that the future will take care of itself.”

Married to his wife and business partner, Joni, for 35 years, they have five wonderful children, all of whom are in their 20s and early 30s. Together they have rehabilitated and remodeled four properties- two farms (ca. 1930) and three houses. Randy has a love for homes and properties, home improvement projects, landscaping, and home and garden shows! But best of all? His two young grandsons, Jameson and Max.
