Nightly real estate rates mixed
30-year fixed rate at 5.55%; 10-year Treasury yield at 3.64%

Movement in long-term mortgage interest rates was mixed Friday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield dropped to 3.64 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average dipped to 5.55 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate held steady at 5.04 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate sank to 5.05 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield was down at 4.42 percent.
